New listings for June increased to 926 new units as the market continued to open up, while the overall total number of units sold also increased to 505 units. Total listing inventory in the Greater Harrisburg Area continued it’s increase to 2,037 units, from the previous month’s 1,734 units.
The average sales price slightly increased from the previous year to $228,180 while the average days on market increased from 2019 to 46 days on market, June 2020. The median sales price also increased from $190,075, June 2019 to $199,900, June 2020.
