Total listing inventory in the Greater Harrisburg Area increased from January’s 1,586 units to 2,204 units in February. New listing inventory had a slight decrease from 658 units in January to 645 units in February. Overall, the total number of units sold in February 2020 was 487, which increased from the 441 units sold in February 2019.
The average sales price increased from $191,542, 2019 to $204,615, in February 2020. The average days on market decreased from 63 in February 2019 to 56 February 2020 while the median sales price also increased from $168,000, 2019 to $180,000, 2020.
