New listings in the Greater Harrisburg Area in October increased to 863 new units on the market from Septembers 745 new units. Total listing inventory increased as well from the previous month to 766 active units. However, even with the increase of active units in the market, the total number of units sold decreased from 789 in September to 773 units sold in October in the Greater Harrisburg Area.
