New listings for May in the Greater Harrisburg Area increased to 722 new units, from April’s 318 units. Total listing inventory increased to 1,734 from the previous month’s 1,339 total units. The overall total number of units sold in May 2020 was 346, which was a decrease from the previous months.
The average sales price increased from $224,731, 2019 to $231,166, in May 2020. The average days on market increased by one day from 2019 to 52 days on market, while the median sales price decreased from the previous month to $205,000.
